Habeeb Fasuyi, CPA
- CEO/President
Habeeb Fasuyi founded and built Ultimate Tax Relief, Inc., Maryland, United States which is one of the most reputable tax resolution firms in the country. He is currently the CEO and the Managing Partner of the Firm. Habeeb is a highly regarded CPA and his diverse professional accounting career in growing and running accounting services firms spans over two decades with emphasis in Tax Resolutions. He believes in the mission of the Firm - Customer Service Satisfaction. Thus, he has helped to set up strategic objectives and facilitate the “Client Comes First” approach at Ultimate Tax Relief Consulting that focused on optimizing the delivery of our services and continue the advancement of our systems and processes to ensure the best possible customer experience. Habeeb has spent most of his career in consumer finance where he founded multiple successful firms that help individuals and businesses in need of financial guidance.
Rasaq Adewuyi Ajenifuja
- Vice President/Managing Partner
Rasaq is a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University, a registered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) of the Institute. He started his working career with Abiola Farms Ltd in 1987 in Yola, old Gongola State, Nigeria as Accounting Assistant, after which he was transferred to Moshood Abiola Campaign Organization (Hope 93), Ikeja as an accountant. In 1994 he became the Senior Accountant of Summit Oil International and in 1996 he was transferred to Abiola Bookshop Press, Lagos as the Senior Accountant. He was the Operating Officer/Accountant at Zedekayat Press Ltd between 1998 and 2000 but was later moved to serve on the school administration of Abiola International School, Ikeja between 2000 and 2010. Upon his resignation from the active services above, he co-founded; Bizplus Consulting Services Ltd, Mcpherson Consulting Services International Resources & Consulting Ltd, a Partner in EJS Consulting, Ebenezer Jimmy Sosanya & Co., and a Board Member of Rigmart Nigeria Ltd among other companies. He is a Partner in Ultimate Tax Relief Consulting, Option Financial Service Ltd and Ultimate Financial Service Ltd; all of which are firms in the Group.
DAISI ADEJAYAN
- DIRECTOR OF TAX OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Daisi has both Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor of Science (B. SC) in Accounting from Osun State Polytechnic, and Lead City University respectively. He is a fellow members of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a Designate Compliance Professional (DCP) of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria. He is also a Lead Auditor for ISO Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015). His career in Banking started in the defunct Omegabank Plc as NYSC compliance intern in 2002. Upon completion of his NYSC program with the bank, he was given employment in 2003 having successfully passed the Graduate modular employment program that lasted six months. He left Omegabank Plc in March 2006 to join First Monument Bank PLC (FCMB). He served in marketing, Credit, risk Management and Internal Control while in FCMB. Having done 16 years, 4months, he resigned to join Vanilla Option Consult as a Lead Consultant/Finance Manager in September 2022. In May 2023, Daisi came back to Banking by joining Credit Afrique microfinance bank Limited as Head of Internal Control and Audit. In July 2023, he got employed by Parallex Bank Limited as Team Lead, Central Control (Head Office Control). He joined Tingo Mobile Plc (an Agric FINTECH) in November 2023 as the pioneer Head, Internal Control and Compliance. In April 2024, Daisi joined Ultimate Tax Relief Consulting (UTR) as Director, Tax Management & Operations. Daisi is a highly respected professional and has attended various trainings. He has also served in various committee in the past. He is currently management staff in Option Financial Services Limited, Com4thplus Limited and Ultimate Financial Service Limited
